CITY OBA

MM CITY OBA is a new project being built on one of the few vacant plots in the family-friendly district of Oba in Alanya. MM CITY OBA is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a short distance to all of the cafes, restaurants and shops, as well as centrally connected to public transport. The facility will consist of 1 blocks with 24 apartments in different sizes, ranging from 2 + 1 to a penthouse 4 + 1, where all will have well-thought-out designs with a choice of materials for the design-conscious. The pool area will also have sun all day as this is taken into account when placing the block. The apartments can otherwise be used all year round and can provide a relaxing winter holiday.

In the common areas you will find a fitness center as well as a sauna, café, billiards, table tennis. The outdoor area has a large adult pool and children's pool and a playground. 

Project prices will range from 245,000 euros to 495,000 euros. The early buyer will have the opportunity to design his apartment.

Upon purchase there will be a 50% payment at the conclusion of the contract and the rest over 12 months of payments.

For those who know the area in Oba, the facility is located in the Oba Centrum. The resort is only 250 m from the beach. There is easy access to public transport (bus) which takes you to Alanya about 5 km, 35 km to Gazipaşa airport, and 130 km to Antalya airport.
